We want you to love your Framed Grace art. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items (such as wedding signs and custom wall art), these orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new one.
