Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental United States.

My order arrived incorrect or damaged — what should I do?

If your order arrives with any issues, please take photos of both the item and the packaging it arrived in. Then reach out to us at support@framedgrace.com with your order number and images, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order?

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. Because our items are often made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale. This allows us to maintain the quality, care, and pricing of our products for each individual customer.

When will my order be shipped?

Our current processing time is 4–6 business days. Once shipped, please allow an additional 1–5 business days for transit. Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times if your order includes multiple product types.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items. If you wish to purchase additional pieces, a separate order will need to be placed.

What are your products made from?

Our art is printed on either premium matte fine art paper (museum quality, perfect for custom framing) or premium stretched canvas in a floating frame (available in Natural Oak, Black, Brown, or Gold). Each option is designed for lasting beauty and timeless quality.

What kind of artwork do you use? Is it original?

We use a blend of original artwork and carefully selected vintage artwork sourced from the public domain. For our vintage pieces, we never simply reprint what already exists — each design is enhanced with thoughtful edits, textures, and artistic refinements to give it fresh meaning. Many of our designs are fully original and created in-house to reflect the heart of Framed Grace.
