We want you to love your Framed Grace artwork. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at support@framedgrace.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions within 24–48 business hours.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will lovingly make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
