Care Instructions
Your Framed Grace piece is built to last generations with very simple care. Here's how to keep it looking its best.
Daily care
- Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. A light touch is all you need.
- Avoid direct sunlight for long periods. Our UV-protective glazing helps, but no print loves harsh midday sun.
- Skip damp rooms where humidity stays above 65% (steamy bathrooms, unventilated basements) — wood frames last longest in normal indoor humidity.
Cleaning the glazing
If fingerprints appear on the acrylic, use a soft microfiber cloth with a small amount of plain water. Never use glass cleaner, ammonia, or alcohol — these can cloud the surface. Wipe gently in one direction and let it air-dry.
Cleaning canvas
For canvas pieces, dust with a clean dry brush or microfiber cloth. Do not use water or any cleaning product on canvas — the matte coating handles dust well on its own.
Hanging tips
- Each framed piece arrives with a sawtooth hanger ready to use — most pieces hang on a single nail or picture hook.
- For pieces 18" × 24" and larger, a wall anchor rated for at least 10 lbs is recommended.
- Hang artwork so the center is at 57–60" from the floor — the gallery standard.
Cared for gently, your piece will look new for decades.
